Ordering Information:

Our e-shopping cart:You may order and pay online using your credit card or Pay Pal account. Simply select your purse options from the drop down menues (if applicable), then click the "Add to Cart" button directly below the options. You may complete your order following the instructions, or you may continue shopping. When you are finished shopping click the "View Cart" button to complete your transaction.

How to order:

Design-a-bag:

  1. Select the bag style
  2. Select your fabric from our fabric collection
  3. Select the type of strap
  4. Select the closure option (this option is not available on some bags)
  5. send this information to us via one of the options above

One-of-a-kind or special occasion bag:

Simply indicate the item number on your order form then send this information via one of the options above.

Custom made bag out of materials that you supply us:

Contact us with your specifications (the style of bag, description of your fabric and any trims (lace, beads, flowers, etc.) that you would like incorporated into the bag(s). We will return a price and lead time to you (within 48 hours of receipt of your information) along with order and shipping instructions for your materials.

Payment Information:

You may pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), bank check or money order.

Your credit card will not be charged until 24 hours prior to shipping your order.

All checks must be cleared before we can ship your order. There will be a $35 fee assessed for returned checks.

Shipping Information and Lead Times:

The cost for shipping is $6.00 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item that was ordered at the same time. These prices are for orders shipped within the United States. Additional charges may apply if shipping elsewhere.

We will send you an e-mail order confirmation upon receipt of your order and shipping notification when your bag has shipped.

For design-a-bag and custom orders:

We will begin creating your bag within 24 hours upon receipt of your order. Production time is 7 - 10 days, and does not include shipping time. Shipping could take up to 10 days.

If you ordered a one-of-a-kind or special occasion bag

These bags are already made and waiting to be shipped. We will ship it within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.

Return Policy:

We are confident that you will be delighted with our handbags, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, e-mail us at kaysoyka@gmail.com with your return request. Please supply us with your name, the item description and the date of your order, then return the unused bag properly packaged in it's original box within 20 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

We will not accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 20 days after delivery. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier; damaged shipments from handling must be resolved with the freight carrier.

Definitions

Drop refers to the distance from where you hold or rest the strap on the body to the top of the bag's body (see picture to the right).

Interfacing is the material used to stiffen the fabric to hold it's shape. It is heat-fused to the handbag fabric creating a nice smooth surface.

Messenger straps are very long straps (with an 24" drop) for carrying the bag on one shoulder and across the body.
